“One of the best meals we had in Vegas. The beef brisket just melt in your mouth. The broth is so rich and flavorful. The knife-shaved noodle texture was thick but not doughy. The spicy pork dumplings is delicious. We definitely will come back again on our next visit.”

“Ordered the spicy beef noodle and spicy pork rib noodle. Both are awesome with slightly different taste profile. The pork rib one is a bit on the sweet side. Volume is great! One bowl of noodle plus some extra side dishes should be enough for two. The meat volume is also sufficient and is marinated well. Soup is rich and tasty as well. The price isn’t too high either provided the dish volume. Overall definitely recommend.”

“Was able to get on the waitlist online. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. The Shang beef noodles were my favourite by far! Incredibly rich and good portions of beef. Highly recommend the spicy wontons as well. The beef pancakes were a bit oily, but still delicious. Really enjoyed the chicken chow mein. Would not get the Dan dan noodles again, as I didn’t really enjoy the flavour. All the noodles were perfect texture and cooked well.”

“Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Went here on a whim late night and it was well worth staying out "past my bed time". The service was great and food was AMAZING. Got the pork belly with pulled noodles. OH EM GEE. The broth was flavored well and the pork belly was sooo tender. I got it spicy and it was pretty spicy, a good kick and delicious lingering flavor. Can't wait to come back and try the other dishes.”
